The Globe and Mail is running a series exploring the impact of the illegal car trade in Canada.
To help readers understand the complex issues, The Globe is releasing a video series.
This week’s video focuses on the car trade.
As with all the other videos in this series, this video was made by a Globe intern.
The video series is a collaboration between the Globe and the Caricature Project.
The Caricatures Project has been a partner of The Globe since 2015.
In partnership with the Cara Partnership, The Cara Project has worked to help people and communities in Canada, especially in urban areas, reduce their vulnerability to the trade of stolen vehicles.
