The Car Dealers Association is offering a free car repair class to car shoppers in the Tampa Bay area, as part of a campaign aimed at helping them save money.
The US car industry has seen a steep fall in sales in recent years and the recession is expected to hit sales by 2023, according to market research firm Edmunds.
Car dealers are being asked to help out as they are unable to compete in the growing market.
However, some dealers have been quick to offer the free class to help customers get the most out of their car.
“The free car class is meant to help people get more from their cars,” said Mike Condon, CEO of the Car Dealership Association.
Mr Condon said the class would not be offered for every car.”
There are a lot of people who are going to do the car thing, whether it’s a rental, a lease or a loan, but not all of them have the knowledge or the experience that they need to make the best decisions.”
Mr Condon said the class would not be offered for every car.
But it was intended to help, he said.
“We know that there are people who don’t know where to begin,” he said, adding that people were also likely to have difficulty finding a repair shop to do their car repair, and not have a car in their garage.
“If you have a spare car, or if you just want to make sure that you have the proper parts in your garage, you can’t do that without going to a car dealership,” Mr Condon added.
“So we’re going to be offering this car repair to a small percentage of people, because we think that it’s really helpful to get some real help and help them save some money.”
What we do know is that this class will be really helpful for people that are in the car business, and we want to do everything we can to help them as much as we can.
“Car owners can also sign up for the free Car Dealer’s Business Services programme to get advice and help.
